Design Committee Guidelines

MidTown Cleveland, Inc.’s Design Review Committee evaluates any and all property improvements, excluding residential improvements, between Cedar and Payne Avenues, I-90 to East 55th Street and between Cedar and Chester Avenues, E.55th to E.79th which require a City of Cleveland building permit. The committee is empowered to act on behalf of the City of Cleveland Planning Commission concerning new construction, building expansion, roofing, window replacement, signage, fencing, parking improvements, demolition, and landscape improvements.
